Announcing The EQ Collective for Leaders!

August 18, 2026

Let me ask you something. When's the last time you talked through a real leadership challenge with someone who actually understood what you were dealing with?

If it's been a while, you're definitely not alone. Most leaders are solving the same handful of challenges (difficult conversations, building trust, managing change, navigating team dynamics, etc.) completely on their own.

I understand intimately how the right kind of support can be hard to find, and that's what we built this for.

Introducing: The EQ Collective with McLaughlin Mentoring

For the first time, leaders from different organizations will have the opportunity to join together in a shared emotional intelligence coaching experience. It's a facilitated space where a small group of leaders learn, reflect, and solve real-world challenges together - led by me, Jillian, and powered by the collective wisdom of the group.

Here's what it looks like:

Every month, we dig into a key leadership and EQ topic - things like connection and trust, communication, resilience, and leadership presence. In each 90-minute virtual session, you'll:

  • Share what you're actually navigating right now

  • Get perspective from leaders outside your own bubble

  • Walk away with practical, usable next steps

  • Build real relationships with people who keep you accountable

This is a space where the breakthrough you need might come from someone who's already sitting in it with you.

Is this for you?

If you're a leader who wants to strengthen your emotional intelligence, build confidence, navigate challenges more effectively, and invest in your own growth — yes. No matter your industry, great leadership starts with self-awareness, and that's exactly the work we'll be doing together.

Spaces are limited, as we are a cohort of eight, and I want to make sure this group is the right mix of people before we open it up fully.

Interested? Get your name on the interest list.

I'd love to have you in the room!

Warmly,
Jillian
